Service center
The service center is fully equipped to handle repairs of ARRI lighting equipment and FUJIFILM, SONY, and SIGMA photographic equipment of any complexity. Our specialists have completed specialized training courses from the manufacturers and hold the necessary certifications for repair and maintenance.
Range of Services Provided:
- Equipment diagnostics;
- Warranty repair for equipment purchased within the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Non-warranty repair of any complexity;
- Calibration of SIGMA, FUJIFILM, SONY lenses using factory equipment;
- Lens calibration for the customer’s camera;
- Ordering defective parts and components is done after payment by the customer. The order fulfillment time is up to 2 months;
Non-warranty equipment diagnostics are performed within 5 business days and include a full check of functionality, conformity to the specified technical characteristics, identification of defective parts, and the cost of repairs.
If the customer declines to proceed with repairs, they are required to pay for diagnostics. If the customer agrees to the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived.
